NC code for 5axis machining

Hello, I'm working to develop a post-processor for OKUMA MU 400.

I have troubles with C axis movements and I lack documentation for 5 axis machining for this machine.

Does anybody have a (short) fragment of verified NC code for this machine, with continuous movement of C axis ?
