Engraving Logo

I have a logo I created in Adobe Illustrator that is a JPEG. I want to engrave it onto a few surfaces, but can't seem to get the design right in my Alibre CAD/CAM software. Is there a program that will help me copy the exact design into my current CAD/CAM or create a toolpath from the JPEG?
