Kiwa Colt-510 Fanuc O-m parameter reload?

I'm at a shop in Phoenix and they have an older colt that Appears to have never been used. The control membrane looks as if it was never touched. I fired the machine up and it has lost everything and I asked the owner if he had a copy of the pars. He gave me a zipped file named colt.cnc. I have never had to load parameters into a Fanuc before so just thought somebody could chime in on the procedures. Right now they are running everything on an OLD "93" Haas VF-0E and its on its last leg so i'm just trying to get them a backup machine. The control does not have a card slot just an RS-232 that is linked with preditor.

By the way, Any thoughts on Kiwa Machines? I have never ran one so i'm not sure how hard I can push this thing.
