Unlock 9000 Parameters on Fanuc 10T

I try to unlock the 9000 parameters on my Fanuc 10T.

First, I change the PWE 8000 parameters. It's suposed to unlock all the parameters.

I change the 2201 NE9 Bit 0 to unlock the 9000 series parameters.

But :

Before changes, when I try to modify 9109 parameters, it write Write Protect.

After the changes, It write Locked Parameters ... I am stuck a this point.

Anyone know how to change it ?
