Best way to fixture / make this part?

I've modeled up a similar part (pic below) for the description.

Qty:1K

4130 annealed, cold finished. 2.5" x 1-3/8" x .375"
32 finish on the sides
Most tolerances are ± .001" some places a little more room....
I have ordered couple carbide reamers for the holes.

I'm pretty new to these Qty's as we usually stick to <300 pcs. Machine is a 40x20 Mori Vertical, and a VF-2 for backup and/or 2nd ops.
I originally thought of doing these with two double vices using Talon Grip jaws. Top, sides, and chamfer in one vise then 2nd vise for the bottom.

Also thought about pit-bull clamps on a fixture plate? I am a little afraid of making these on the forth axis with a homemade tombstone because of the tight tolerances.

I have about 15min a piece on these.
