First off, would it be better if I try to keep everything in one thread? My updates are sporadic at best, as I have college and work. But in my free time I spend all the time I can in my shop.
This update is fairly simple. I just got home after a long drive from Mississippi, had a co-op down there.
This morning I was able to install my stevens engineering fixture plate and vice. It came with the mill but had to be removed for shipping. With the help of my brother I was able to clean it off, put some of the oil (or whatever it is) between the plate and table, and get it *mostly* square. I am only going off the 6" surface of the vice, but that is probably about as accurate as I need it.

Yes the machine is filthy, I have been working many hours to try and get that corrected, you should have seen it when I got it...
I have a 6" rotary table I will be adding to the plate as well, I am going to have to find the ideal placement to maximize my space I've got available.
And my new addition to the shop, found this down in mississippi, had some trouble with space issues getting it home but we made it...
