CT/BT 40 pull stud interchangability?

I've got a CAT40 spindle on one mill, and a BT40 on the other.

I bought my NSK high speed spindle with a CAT40 holder.....
But I'd like to run it in my BT40 machine.

Of course the taper is the same, but the threads are 5/8-11 in one, and M16 in the other.

Does anyone sell a pull stud with 5/8-11 threads but the pull stud for my BT40 spindle?

Is there something I don't know about that makes this a bad idea?
It would just be this one tool and I would always hand load/unload it!

If no one sells it, and no one tells me I'm being dumb, I'll just make one....but would rather pay someone else.

(I got this image from Maritool's website)
