Drilling air

Hey all..... I am attempting to drill a roughly 7.5 x 6.5 block of steel mounted on my indexer at 10deg.. I touch off Z on the high side away from the indexer and drill toward the indexer... My problem is when I'm on the last few holes in the row, the space from Z increases by .861 and I just peck at air for 15 seconds until I finally hit the part and drill my hole... I"m loosing about 20 minutes per part easily.. I tried to move Z closer after my X move but it always goes up to he R plane to start the drill cycle.... Here's my code for the first few holes and what I did to try to fix it... (with no luck)..

and then I tried:

I can't seem to get around this one and probably missing something really easy....

Thanks in advance for any help...
