Dynapath Delta controller, compumill 3 axis, cimco edit v5, mastercam. drip feed
getting a 222 buffer load in error. The machine will just stop proceeding randomly, drip continues. If I reset the error and hit cycle start it will jump ahead in the program and continue cutting for a bit (good thing I'm only cutting foam at the moment). I thought it was because I had the feedrate turned way up that it was getting ahead of the drip, but I slowed it down and it still caught up. then I reset the error, had the feedrate to zero for a while then turned it up, it cut for 10 inches the quit.
I'm doing a surface high speed program with the arc filter tolerance set so the program is at it's smallest setting.
Any other ideas?
