Trying to source tooling to Turn Square Bar on a CNC Lathe - Economically

Hi All,

I am in search of a Top Jaws for turning square bar on my Okuma lathe. Right now I do not wish to purchase a collet system.

I have a short run of parts (about 100) that I want to run material through the spindle. Material is Aluminum, and my chuck is a kitagawa 10in.

I have found jaws available from TEC - Tri Square Jaws. Not sure what their delivery is like, but I cant wait more than a week.

Does anyone know any other manufacturers/suppliers I should be looking at?
