Interesting Lathe with B Axis

I know a lot of tools are offering a B axis these days but found this to be an interesting method. At first I assume it was a swiss but on closer inspection I'm not sure if it is or not. Never used one or really looked at one just saw it in a trade mag and thought it was worth mentioning.
