Replacing haas sl-30 with doosan lynx 300

I am replacing one of my lathes and I need to tranfer all the programs to the doosan. I don't think it has a usb port on it . I think I need a progam for my laptop and the appropriate usb to rs-232 adapter. I am trying to get what I need before the new (used) lathe arrives.
