ID:	72772Hi...i have a new Mazak 700D Vert with a kitagawa rotary axis with fixture plate and tail body..My parts are to big for a vise..around 30"x15"x6" carbon steel..If that wasn't enough, my company is a 24 hr repair service, so everything that i do is one off work..
Can anybody give their thoughts on a way to hold my work on a fixture plate with out losing rigidity and most importantly not throwing a part out. I have to have a quick fixture system for my setups, because with one off work i can't make up time on long productions. I need a universal fixture plate that can work with any job.
