looking to learn more

I have 18 years experience , last 13 years as a injection mold builder and 5 years before that as a manual machinist . I am currently doing all my programing with mastercam , building molds doesn't give me much of a chance to learn proper speeds and feeds that i would need to know if i was to want to make a move to a shop as a machinist . Does anybody have any helpful books or online classes that i could look into to increase my programing skills ?
