Non-Macro variables... New Haas TL-1 w/o Macro B

I have a threaded part that varies slightly in dimension and each part will be cut to fit. Rather than altering several entries in the program for each part, can I list a series of variables at the top of the program and simply edit the list of values each time? What's the format for this without Macros?

Some tool paths are dependent upon these dimensions but vary by a constant, like threading to a fixed distance short of a shoulder. I'd like to add and subtract constants to reduce the number of values I have to change. Ex: Tenon length is 1., but the thread Z stops at .850, so G76 Z is "Tenon Length - .15" Can I assign the the 1. of the tenon to a variable "A" and write G76 Z[A-.15] or something like that? Does this make any sense? : )

Thanks-

Jason
