Hi all,
I have a few questions in regards to machine hours that show up on the controls. On my Haas I have the following:
Servo On Time: 19688
In Motion Time: 5996
Spindle Time: 6329
I am assuming that the servo on time is the total time that the servos have been powered. And the In Motion Time is the portion of those total hours that have been spent in rapid traverse. Likewise the spindle time is the portion of the total that have been spent in cut. Am I correct?
On my Fanucs I see different terms, do they cross reference as follows?
Haas Fanuc
Servo On Time = Power On
In Motion Time = Run Time
Spindle Time = Cutting Time
On my Fanucs I also have a field marked 'Free Purpose' but it's at zero. What does it mean?
Thanks,
Lorne
