Hello all, I am in search of some 3" diameter forged 4032 bar. Haven't had much luck with google search! I am machining pistons for a Kawasaki JS440 jet ski motor that was built in house by Performance Jet Ski for Jeff Jacobs himself in the early 90's. Considering the massive amount of work that went into the cylinder, I would like to squeeze the last bore out of it at 70MM before duplicating it. Wiseco, nor any other manufacturer, offers a piston that will work for this motor at this time. I have tried to find some NOS pistons but, have been sorely unsuccessful. Any help finding me a source for the material I need will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
