Edge deburring roloc wheels???

I have some parts cut on a water jet and when we assemble them we deburr the edge using 3M EXL 3" unitized (grey fiber type aluminum oxide I think) roloc wheels with a right angle die grinder the material is 5052 aluminum. I have tried the roloc sanding discs but they are a little too agresive. I have also tried the scotch brite type discs but even though they are cheap they don't last long and the unitized wheels end up being cheaper due to them lasting much longer. The edge finish is not that important it needs to have the sharp edge removed. Is there some other type disc we could try for this operation that would work well for less $$. They have gone up in price over the last couple years from $6 ea to about $10 ea.

I need to order again soon I have been buying them from Enco. Here is a link to the ones I am using Enco - Guaranteed Lowest Prices on Machinery, Measuring Tools, Cutting Tools and Shop Supplies

Thanks Mike
