Was wondering what is the best way to run a part similar to the one in the center of pic it is a titanium washer od of .160 and id
of .120. Running this on a Tsugami cnc swiss. Also has a max radius corner break of .0015. I normally would face then drill and then come across face and radius corner id and finish bore. The od I would face from center radius od corner and then finish od. I was told by someone that you shouldn't come across the face of a part more than once. That being the case how then would you do a part like this.
