Fadal 88hs Threadmilling HELP!?

I have written a threadmill program that works perfectly as a stand alone program. The problem is when I copy and paste it inside my main program, use it as a sub routine, or use it as a sub program, it will not run, unless I have my operator stop the program just before and have him jump back to the line the threadmilling starts on without reading through all modals and lines.

I get a run 'sum' error,

when punch in 'sum' in command mode I get the following:

Fixture offset must be applied at G0 or G1 at N7 (line number of the first G3 in the code)
X= -4186 Y=.52 Z=-18.4467
A=93.3

I've tried a ton of different things shy of setting the machine aflame, and I know its something stupid simple. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
