Kitamura H500 Machinig Centre Problem

Hello All,
We have a new to us, Kitamura H500, horizontal machining centre with an Fanuc 11M control and 60 tool magazine. We are having a lot of problems with the tool change. Right at the moment, we can't do any tool change at all. Is there anyone out there that has a knowledge of this machine and how to trouble shoot tool change problems.
