Newcomer needs Help with HARFORD HV35

Hi all my name is Shane, please forgive me if I have posted this in the wrong place.
I'm new to this forum stuff.

I bought a second hand HARTFORD HV35 VMC and the Mitsubishi RF23E BN634E167G51
board has a small blown components up against the heat sink.
I'm trying to find a circuit diagram or maybe even a close up photo
of the part. So I can source the part.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
