Hi,
Since composites cant be bent like metal we are looking to machine it in the curved state. At the moment we are planing to use face-milled MDF that follows the curvature of the sheet. We will lay the curved composite sheets over the curved MDF and cut profiles.
Is this the best way or can anyone suggest some other method in existence?
thanks
