Hi I have committed a serious NO NO by hitting the reset during a toolchange on the Leadwell MCV1500BR with a Meldas M3 control.
The program was missing an M5 before the G28 Z0 so the spindle was still spinning at 1200 RPM and I panicked not knowing whether the spindle would stop or the toolchanger arm would try to grab the tool with the spindle spinning.
Then I was not able to make anything move so I shut the power down hoping it may clear the problem but it made it worse as I cannot move any of the axis's to there home position to allow the toolchange to complete its cycle and the toolchange cannot complete without zeroing the Z axis.
Is there an interlock bypass or anyway of getting passed this situation so I can get this machine moving again?
Kind Regards
Russelp
