i was wonderin if i could get som tips from the pros. im machining some mild steel and i keep messing up the endmills. its a 3/8 endmill, carbide 4 flutes speed 2000 feed 8 ipm depth .062. coolant flood. and they keep burning up or clogged and yesterday i broke one. should i change my rpms? or feeds? what do you think?
