Ok our new nlx2500/700 is great. But!!!
Whenever we open the door, we're not able to spin the main spindle more then 30rpm.
We tried jog mode. We tried MDI. First off it will not spin more then 30rpm but that's not all. You have to hold your finger down on a button to keep it spinning. Once you remove your finger it stops. How lame. We are in setup mode, but we've tried normal mode too.
Nothing is working. Sometimes when a part is done we need to touch it up with a little green scotch bright pad. 30 rpm is not cutting it. Especially when you have to use one hand to push a button and only one hand to apply pressure.
This is fricken rediculous. Please help.
