Manual flat-back chuck that takes standard 1.5x60 Kitagawa jaws - does it exist?

I have several sets of machined soft jaws for the lathe - unfortunately I don't have live tooling, so I sometimes have to do secondary operations on the mill.

It would be really nice if I could use the same soft jaws I've already bored for the lathe to work-hold on the mill. But I haven't seen any 3-jaw manual chucks that take 1.5 x 60 degree soft jaws that I can mount to the mill and open/close with a key.

Does such a thing exist, or some sort of jaw adapter that would let me use another type of chuck?

I realize I can just get a standard manual 3-jaw chuck and put it on the mill table, but we have some parts that are conical/elliptical so being able to use soft jaws we've cut for the lathe would be a big time saver and cost saver too.
