To start, I need alot ....... manual milling machine, lathe, saw, and a building, etc.( all but the building has been easy to find) I am debating purchasing a VMC from my boss. I work in an all Okuma shop ( 6 VMC's and 5 lathes), and my boss is selling me a Okuma 4va cat 40 machine. It is an older machine, 1986, but it has very low hrs ( sub 20k power on hrs ) i have worked with it personally for 8 years, and is a very tight milling machine. My main problem is the program memory, it only has 16k, does anyone know how to upgrade/expand this. We have tried a drip feed from a usb type gadget in the past, with limited success.

Help me Practical Machinist, your my only hope!
