"Alarm 2028: Turret clamp miss" error??

So, I've been lurking for months, grabbing bits of information here and there, but now I have a problem that I can't seem to find a solution to.

We bought a Dainichi F-35 lathe running a Fanuc O-T F controller about 4 months ago, and in the process of getting it running, we upgraded the memory for larger programs. In the process of upgrading, the parameters were wiped, but they had been backed up, and hopefully fully restored, but could potentially be an issue. So after getting it running again, everything seems to be working, except when you change a tool, the turret unclamps, rotates to the next tool, then while it is clamping again, an alarm "2028 Turret Clamp Miss" pops up for a second until it has clamped again, and then the error goes away. The problem being, that it will stop any programming running because of the alarm, even though it goes away. I've tried searching for this alarm and had no luck, we don't have the O-T F manual to look in, and the Series O mill manual we do have makes no mention of any 2000's alarms. I'm thinking there could just be a parameter that tells it how long to wait for the clamp signal, and it's not waiting long enough. Any thoughts or ides would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Sean
