Hi Folks
We are having quite a problem with a cnc punching machine of ours. We use it to punch 0.8mm < x < 1mm thick stainless for cable trays. Over a 3 m length the machine can be out as much as 5 mm's! does anyone have any idea as to why this would happen?
the machine is a Euromac. My prognosis is that the sheet shifts whilst the 'feet' reshuffle? The hydraulic rams which come down to clamp the sheet in place may be slipping whilst the feet move? Does anyone have this issue or know of this issue? I have probably left a lot of information out. If anyone needs more info, please give me a shout. I would really appreciate some guidance as I am quite new to these machines..
Thanks
Stuart
