Impossible to change 9929 bit 0 to 1?? Fanuc 21i-TB

Hello,

I have to change these parameters on a lathe with Fanuc 21i-TB control :
9929 bit0=1
9935 bit5=1
3112 bit0=0

I have changed parameter 3202 bit 4 and bit 0 to a 0.
But still I can not edit 9000 series parameters. What is wrong??? Any ideas?

Than lathe has installed the FAPT but I want do not want to use it, and use the normal simulator instead.
