Anchoring VMC due to vibration

Hey guys, I have a bit of an annoying issue with my new Okuma Genos M560. When doing fine 3D finishing, the accel/decel to/from rapid induces slight vibration that transfers to the finish if it hasn't ceased before leading into the cut. I have to turn the rapid down to 20% on finishing toolpaths to get it to stop.

My floor is 6" thick most places, but it has a fairly decent slope towards a center floor drain so it needs 1.5" of plate under the leveling foot on one corner. Okuma is wanting to anchor the machine to attack the issue. It doesn't use traditional anchors per say. You need to install an anchor stud that is used to tighten up a toe clamp onto 8 separate flats in the casting.

Now, I could probably bandaid it buy adjusting the rapid acceleration, but that bothers me. Will I be pissing up a rope trying to anchor it, or might that solve the issue? I really hate to move the machine to cut the floor and pour a dedicated pad for the machine, although that's probably the end all solution.

Hopefully some of you might have some insight. Thanks guys!
