Good Afternoon, I have an Haas SL20 2 axis lathe on which the tool settter has stopped working, i.e it does not register when a tool has touched it. I need to carry on using the machine while waiting for repair / replacement, my question is how do i find out where my workshift is measured from and how do i set my tools without a pre setter.
