Carbide vs. HSS for small endmill work in RPM limited applications

I am getting ready to run some 6061 T6 parts that will require a 3/32 ball endmill to finish a couple pocket shoulders. My mill is limited to 8000 RPM so i can only get ~200 SFM.

Since the SFM is so low, which should I run? A HSS ball end mill or a carbide ball endmill.

I know carbide is supposed to be more wear resistant but will it be at that low of a speed?

Thanks!
