Yaskawa drive random problems still.

I have posted on this problem before. I have a lagunamatic vmc with a yaskawa 626vm3 drive. I have had intermittent problems with it for a year and a half. I had it rebuilt last fall and it ran for a couple of months and then started coding out again. swapped some parts and installed a buck/booste to get the voltage right on spec. Still had the same problem so I swapped the drive out with a completely different one. I still had trouble with it here and there. Last spring was a little slow so it I did not run it a whole lot. I got real busy at the end of May and it ran like a champ all through summer until October and started coding out again. At this point it is about the same as it was last January where it will only run for a few hours. I have installed a noise filter and I had the building ground replaced today and it is still not running. I can disconnect the leads to the motor and all of the cables except the encoder feedback and it will still code out. If I disconnect the encoder cable it alarms out right away because it does not register the motor temp. The motor and encoder where replaced last summer.
