Anilam SA301A error lights

Hi

I have a 6000mCNC machine run by a SA301A . The machine wont engage the servos and the Power Fail (red) light is on . The manual suggests an 3 phase error but the power input has been tested as ok . The machine had not been used for a while and on initial startup the cmos battery in the processor was flat . The battery was replaced and all looked good except the servo error when enabled

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
