4th axis trunnion

So I need to make a trunnion setup for my 4th axis. I saw the one Wheelieking made to hold his vice for his 45 deg cuts and that was a cool idea but mine is a bit different. I need it to hold a fixture 25.00 long and I also need a tailstock configuration to support the end.

My 4th is a HRT160 model in a VF-4. My Q is are you guys just cobbling together the components or is there someone out there making these complete at a reasonable price? I have seen the Stallion Trunnion out on the market and that is similar to what i'm looking for but at that price sheesh...Lets just say I see too much markup in the pricepoint.

I have also been trying to find the triangle tailstock setups but i'm not having any luck locating those either.

Can anyone give me a recommendation?

Thanks,
