I just got this machine used, and it is not closing any of the contactors. If I push the contactors in manually the circuits work... I know just enough to fumble through this problem that far but then I am stumped... The machine schematics don't show anything about what actuates the contactors, just the circuit from the main transformer, through them, to the motor...
There is a bank of like 9 of the things, would they have a common ground (or power if it's a sinking circuit i guess) that they all are not getting that would be a place to start? I guess this machine is a Quaser that is just rebadged, circa '99, if any of you have experience with those machines which i guess were more common in europe, I think this part of the machine would be common between the two makes...
I'm going to keep fiddling around and see if I can get whacked by a cap or something, but just thought I would throw this up here, in case someone has an idea, maybe I can save a couple hours or days (or weeks... ha. ) in getting this thing up and going...
