Working on profiling a part, and got this error. From the alarm code list - it says

Code:
3080

Description:
No intersection point can be defined in
the program where the tool is about to
describe one circular arc first and then
another following circular arc first and
then another following circular arc path.

Source of Potential Error:
Do.

Im using TNRC - and have been using the same tool and TNRC for years, so not a new setup. Using a VCGT 220.5 insert

Ive had plenty of times when I wrote the code wrong, and would get an error about the G2/3 command... but never have I seen this code before.

Here is the chunk of code where it occurs.

N263 G0 X14000
N264 Z23000 S2500 F00030
N265 G1 X13660
N266 G1 G42 Z21550
N267 G3 X13501 Z21390 I-200
N268 G1 X12494 Z21011
N269 G2 X11106 Z20046 I1204 K-1597
N270 G1 X10205 Z18694
N271 G2 X10000 Z18062 I1897 K-632
N272 G1 Z4050 - error shows up as soon as it starts running this line
N273 G2 X10813 Z2719 I2692 K94
N274 X11540 Z1441 I-2064 K-1278
N275 X11531 Z1292 I-2427
N276 G1 X10000 Z698
N277 G40 Z0

Ive gone over the code again and again, and all seems right... but you know how proof reading can be. I decided after staring at this for the last 2 hours, to post up and see if anyone has any pointers, or can see what Im just plain missing.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for any help clearing the cob webs.

Wade
