I am having problems switching tables on my komo cnc router. I have komo router with two tables that we switch back and forth with a main program. Left table uses x y code and the right table uses x v code.
I am able to cut good parts on the left table that uses xy code. Then I switch to the right table with x v code. I am able to drill holes where they are supposed to be but when I cut radius the left table wiggles like it is picking up on some "stray code" from the right table. It seams like the I and J code is causing movement in the left table. I am using G54 for the left table and G55 for the right. I have tried to post code with G54 code using geometry that is for the right table with origin at the left table. I have also tried using G55 with the origin being at the bottom left of the right table. I forgot what model controller it is but it is a FANUC. What would cause this and how do I fix it. It feels like it is a controller problem.
Thank You
