Minimum CNC machine specification for machining stainless steel

Hi All,

We are currently thinking of getting some new machines for our shop.

My foreman commented that instead of getting one big 8-10" chuck machine, he proposed that we get 2 smaller 6" chuck instead.
After a bit of budgeting, we have shortlisted the smaller Yama Seiki GLS-150 and TS-100.

May I know if any of you have any experiences with these 2 models? Are they good for stainless steel machining. Our usual work pieces are usually stainless steel hex bar < 1.5" in size

Thanks in advance!
